Title: An Intro to Live Services Analytics with Cameron Grey

Description:
This lecture will provide an introduction to conducting live services analytics by example of Bold Moves, developed by Red Games in partnership with Oprah Winfrey Network. The purpose of this lecture is to show how analytics can and has been used to navigate the success and profitability of a game, tracing the history and trajectory of our own game. This lecture will cover the lessons learned from the early stages of development to the present, managing a profitable game that is constantly being updated and improved.

Bio:
Cameron received his BA in behavioral neuroscience from Yale University in 2010 and his MEAE from the University of Utah in 2016. Before completing his degree at the University of Utah, he worked as researcher in an oncology lab, tutored students from grade school to grad school, and served as a statistician for an MS research lab. He interned as a games analyst for Cloudyshark Studios in Austin, TX in the summer of 2015, and he now works full-time as the mobile games analyst for Red Games here in Salt Lake City, serving primarily for the game Bold Moves, which launched on iOS in November 2016 and on Android in December 2016.
